This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "Subscriber", or "Attendee") and SavxGate. By accessing our platform, creating an account, or purchasing a ticket, you concede and agree to the following terms.
1.1. You are granted a limited, personal, and non-exclusive license to use the SavxGate platform for event discovery and ticket acquisition.
1.2. Security Covenants: You bear sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account credentials (username and password). You agree that any activity conducted through Your account is legally attributed to You. By vigorously protecting Your login details, You are fulfilling Your contractual obligation to maintain the integrity of our secure ecosystem.
2.1. Non-Transferability: Unless explicitly stated by the Event Organizer or Platform on the specific event page, all purchased tickets are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser or designated attendee.
2.2. Prohibition of Profiteering: Reselling tickets at a price higher than the original face value ("scalping") is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of SavxGate. Any violation of this clause may result in the cancellation of the ticket without refund and the banning of Your account.
3.1. Liability Disclaimer: SavxGate acts as an intermediary. We are not responsible for, nor shall We be held liable for, any changes in Event lineup, venue adjustments, postponements, or cancellations initiated by the Organizer or due to events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure).
3.2. Recourse: In the event of such changes, Your primary point of contact is the Event Organizer. Any refunds or credits issued will be processed in strict accordance with our codified Refund Policy.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You shall not attempt to circumvent any security measures, engage in automated data harvesting (scraping), or utilize fraudulent payment methods. Any suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant financial and legal authorities in Nigeria.
