Tickets are emailed to you immediately after purchase. You can also view them in your Dashboard under "My Tickets". If you haven't received the email, check your spam/junk folder.

Refunds are set by the event organizer. SavxGate only processes refunds if the event is cancelled or if the organizer explicitly approves it. Please contact the organizer directly via the event page.

Payouts are instant for approved organizers! Once a ticket is sold, the earnings (minus fees) are typically available in your wallet immediately or settled to your bank account within 24 hours depending on your settings.

Yes! It is completely free to create an event account and list your event. We only charge a small fee when you sell a paid ticket. Free events are 100% free to host.
