Yes! It is completely free to create an account and browse events. Hosting free events is also free of charge. We only charge a small service fee when you sell a paid ticket.

For Organizers
Once you register as an organizer, go to your Dashboard and click "Create Event". You'll be guided through a simple form to add event details, images, ticket types, and pricing. Your event goes live immediately upon publishing.
SavxGate provides a built-in QR Code Scanner in your organizer dashboard (`Check-in` tab). You can use any smartphone camera to scan attendee tickets at the door. It syncs in real-time to prevent duplicate entries.
Absolutely. You can upload a custom banner, add detailed descriptions, set venue locations (with maps), and create multiple ticket tiers (VIP, Regular, Early Bird) to suit your needs.
Go to "My Events" in your dashboard. If your event is eligible, you will see a promote button. Click it to request a feature. Our admin team reviews requests daily. Approved featured events appear on the homepage and at the top of search results.
For Attendees
Don't worry! Log in to your SavxGate account and navigate to "My Tickets". You can view and download all your valid tickets from there at any time.
Refund policies are set by the individual organizer. Check the event description for details. If you believe an event was fraudulent or cancelled without notice, contact our support team immediately for assistance.
No, printing is not required. You can simply show the QR code from your email or the SavxGate website on your phone at the venue entrance.
Billing & Payouts
We charge a standard fee of 5% + ₦100 per paid ticket. This covers payment processing costs and platform maintenance. Free events have no fees.
Payouts are processed 24-48 hours after the event successfully concludes. Funds are transferred directly to the bank account listed in your "Settings" > "Payout Methods".
We accept all major Debit/Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), Bank Transfers, and USSD through our secure payment partner, Paystack.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we'll send you a secure link to create a new password.
Yes. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and do not store your sensitive financial data (like full card numbers) on our servers. All transactions are handled by PCI-DSS compliant providers.
