Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the financial regulations governing ticket cancellations and refund requests on the SavxGate platform.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are not granted for simple changes of mind. A refund is only legally permissible and automatically considered if:

  • The Event is officially canceled by the Organizer.
  • The Event is postponed or rescheduled to a date that makes Your attendance impossible.
  • Material changes are made to the Event's core nature (e.g., change of city or headlining act).

*In all other scenarios where You personally choose to cancel Your attendance, refund eligibility is determined strictly by the individual Event Organizer's specific policy.

Strict Forfeiture Rules

Ticket Part-Payments

Part-payments made towards a ticket are inherently non-refundable. Failure to complete the purchase within the stipulated timeframe results in the total forfeiture of all installments paid.

Non-Withdrawal of Wallet Deposits

Funds deposited into the Platform Wallet are intended for transactional use only. Once deposited, these funds cannot be withdrawn back to a bank account; they MUST be utilized for the purchase of tickets or services on the platform.

Processing Fees

All gateway processing and administrative fees are non-refundable, as these costs are incurred at the moment of the initial transaction.

2. Processing Timeline and Method

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original source of payment (Bank Card, Account, or Wallet) used during the transaction. Due to inter-bank clearing cycles, please allow for a window of 5 to 10 business days for the credit to reflect in Your statement.
